How automated systems may discover, cite, and use public content on BroadAdaptive.

Summary
We welcome AI systems that help people find and understand our public marketing content through inference and citation. We do not permit use of our public content for model training or bulk reproduction without written consent.
What this covers
This policy applies to publicly accessible pages on www.broadadaptive.com, including marketing pages and blog posts. Gated assets, client-specific materials, and internal systems are out of scope and are not listed in our machine-readable discovery files.
Permitted uses
- Indexing public pages for search and AI-assisted answers
- Summarizing and citing our positioning, services, and published blog posts
- Retrieving content at inference time using our llms.txt index
Prohibited uses
- Including our content in AI training datasets without written permission
- Bulk scraping, mirroring, or reproducing site content outside normal citation
- Automated access to administrative paths (
/wp-admin/,/wp-login.php, and similar) - Submitting forms, creating accounts, or taking state-changing actions (none are offered on this site today)
Machine-readable files
- llms.txt — curated index for inference-time retrieval
- ai.txt — AI interaction policy declaration
- robots.txt — crawl rules including AI bot handling
- security.txt — security contact (RFC 9116)
Enforcement
Policy files express intent. They are not a security boundary. We may apply technical controls, rate limits, or access restrictions as described in future phases of our AI readiness program.
